Opening Summer of 2025
Produced entirely of Merlot grown in our 28-year old Estate vineyard. Hand-picked and cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks, the resulting wine is pale and crisp, with floral aromas and a dry finish.
A single acre of Viognier planted in 2002 in our Estate Vineyard is the source for this Rhone-valley varietal. Cool-fermented in stainless steel and aged on its lees for 10 months, this Viognier has pure aromas of white peach and apricot, Meyer lemon and a crisp, stony finish.
Established in 1996, our Estate Vineyard straddles a rare rocky band of gravel and clay that has produced unique wines over 24 years vintages. Typical aromas of blackberries and cassis are framed by flavors of fine oak and a velvety texture, the result of patiently aging the wines in small oak barrels for 22 months.
Fraser Vineyard has long been the source of some of the Snake River Valley's finest Cabernet Sauvignon, and it is our privilege to continue the tradition of these compelling wines. Aged 24 months in French oak, this wine showcases the richness and depth of this remarkable site.
In 2001 we began producing this red blend (55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot and 10% Petit Verdot), naming if for our son Alden. Each year we ferment the most intensely flavored varietals separately and then age the resulting wine in new French oak barrels for 24 months.
Produced since 2004, this Reserve Syrah is named for our daughter Amelia. Each year we source the best Syrah grapes of the vintage, co-ferment them with a little viognier, and age them in new French oak barrels for 22 months. The resulting wine is a compelling expression of Syrah grown in the diverse soils of Idaho's Snake River Valley.
